Q. Is your shopping cart secure?
A. YES! We are proud to tell you that our shopping cart is on a secure server. Your information is completely safe.Q. Why does it say you are submitting information over an insecure connection when I click add to cart if you have secure shopping?
A. Adding an item to your shopping cart does not require a secure connection. The secure connection engages when you select your method of payment. You will get a notice that says you are entering a secure site BEFORE you enter your credit card or any confidential information so long as you choose one of the secure connection options.
Q. Why is there and option of using a non secure connection?A. Some browsers are not capable of handling a secure connection. If yours is not you can still order by using the non-secure selections.
Q. What if I change my mind after clicking add to cart?
A. No problem. Items can be changed or removed right from the cart. You can increase the quantity or remove it completely. No order is complete until you have gone completely thru the checkout process. Don't worry, relax and enjoy the safety and convenience of our SECURE online shopping.
Q. How can I pay for my orders?
A. There are several ways to use our shopping cart.
Order by Credit Card online
Order by Credit Card using FAX
Order by Check/MO through Postal Mail
Q. How can I pay by check through the mail if you are an online shopping cart?
A. Great question! Just click the add to cart button for whatever items you wish to purchase. When you are all done with your shopping click on the check out button. You will be asked if you are a Florida resident. Click the appropriate button. You will then come to a page to make a selection of the above options of payment. If you choose by Check/MO through Postal Mail it will guide you thru so you will be able to print out your order form and send with your check.
Q. How can I pay by FAX?
A. Same as by check only you would select the payment option order by credit card using FAX. When you have printed your completed form just FAX it to us to complete your order.
Q. How do you calculate your shipping charges?
